What Ways Can My Customers or Donors Give Automatically?

With Sprint Giving, credit card payments and donations can be made directly online.

Our Upgraded EFTPlus® Package allows payments and donations to be made directly online through a customized web page hosted on our secure server. In addition, gifts or payments can be automatically deducted from a checking or savings account on a one-time or recurring basis. Customers and donors may also choose to give with a credit or debit card (provided the card has a MasterCard or Visa logo).

How Secure Are the Transactions?

All transactions are processed on a secure server protected with SSL technology utilizing 128-bit encryption. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the highest level of security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

How Will My Organization Receive the Funds?

With Sprint Giving, all credit card transactions are authenticated “real time” and deposited into your local bank account twice a month.

With the Upgraded EFTPlus® Package all credit card transactions are authenticated “real time” and deposited within 48 hours into your local bank account. Donations or payments made from a checking or savings account will be deposited into your local bank account approximately five business days after the transaction date.

When will the transfer of Sprint Giving funds happen?

Funds will be automatically be transferred into your bank account twice a month on the following schedule:

• On the 7th of the month (give or take a day--depending on weekends & holidays) money from the last half of the previous month is transferred.
• On the 21st of the month (give or take a day--depending on weekends & holidays) money from the first half of the current month is transferred.

What Will My Customers or Donors See On Their Bank or Credit Card Statements?

With Sprint Giving your donors or customers will see “EFTPlus” on their credit card statements.

With the upgraded, customized package the role of EFTPlus® is completely transparent to your donors. Bank and credit card statements will show your organization’s name as the “payee”.

How Can I Have a Donation Page That Matches My Website?
